The Tactician ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to maintaining a safe digital environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We comply with all relevant child safety laws and cooperate fully with global authorities.

Any attempt to use The Tactician to generate, depict, promote, or facilitate the sexual exploitation or abuse of children is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sharing or analyzing content depicting minors in sexually explicit scenarios.
• Attempting to use AI to groom or exploit minors.
• Facilitating contact with minors for illegal purposes.

Our AI analysis modules (Wingman, Dojo) are built on models with strict safety alignment. We employ automated filters to detect and refuse requests that violate child safety standards. Any such attempt will result in immediate account termination.

We comply with mandatory reporting requirements under federal and international law. We will report any confirmed or suspected instances of CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant regional law enforcement agencies.
